MVP and SaaS development: a first version that proves the product with real users, built on a stack that can grow into the full platform.

We build MVPs and SaaS products: the first version reduced to what proves the idea with real users, then the platform around it — accounts, roles, payments, admin panels and the integrations it depends on.

How long does it take to build an MVP?
A focused MVP usually takes 8–12 weeks from scope to launch; the scope workshop is where that is decided.
How much does an MVP cost?
A web application starts from €4,500 and a mobile app from €3,000.
Who owns the product and the code?
You do.

What this service includes

We build products of our own, too: our free website audit and accessibility checker run on the same stack we use for clients. For Day Gallery we built a platform where cafés and restaurants take orders from the table in eight languages, all managed from one panel.

  • One workshop to cut the product down to what proves it, with everything else on a roadmap instead of in the first build.

  • Sign-up, login, invitations, roles and permissions, with each customer's data kept separate from the start.

    Web Application Development
  • Plans, trials and invoices with Stripe, or card payments through Monri and WSPay for customers in the region.

  • Customers, usage, content and settings managed without a developer, like the owner's panel behind Day Gallery.

    Case study: Day Gallery
  • APIs, webhooks and the services your product depends on, plus AI features where they genuinely save users time.

  • iOS and Android in React Native on the same backend, when users need the product on their phones.

Where founders usually are

  • The idea is clear, but quotes range from a few thousand to six figures, and none says what would be live in the first month.
  • A first version was built in a hurry, and now every new feature breaks two old ones.
  • The product works, but signing customers up, billing them and supporting them still happens by hand.

A clear process, from scope to delivery

  1. Product scope

What you receiveA scoped first version with a fixed price and timeline.

  2. Prototype

What you receiveA prototype real users have tried.

  3. Build in sprints

What you receiveWorking software every two weeks.

  4. Launch

What you receiveA live product with real users.

  5. Thirty days of care, then the roadmap

What you receiveA product that grows from real use.

Chosen for the work, not for the trend

We choose tools based on the requirements of the project, your existing systems and what will be practical to maintain after delivery. Below are the technologies we typically use for this type of work, and why.

  • Next.js + React

The public site and the app behind the login in one codebase.

  • Node.js

APIs, background jobs and integrations in the same language as the front end.

  • PostgreSQL

Customers, plans and data that stay consistent as the product grows.

  • Stripe

Subscriptions, trials and invoices without building billing yourself.

  • React Native

A mobile app on the same backend when the product needs one.

The work stays with you

  • A focused first version

Only what proves the product, live with real users.

  • Built to grow

Accounts, roles and data structured for the platform it becomes.

  • Billing from day one

Customers who can sign up and pay without anyone stepping in.

  • Code and accounts you own

Repository, hosting and data registered to your company.

Ask a question
01How long does it take to build an MVP?

A focused MVP usually takes 8–12 weeks from scope to launch; the scope workshop is where that is decided. The timeline is in the written scope.

02How much does an MVP cost?

A web application starts from €4,500 and a mobile app from €3,000. The final price depends on what the first version has to prove; you receive it in writing after a short call, and it does not change.

03Who owns the product and the code?

You do. The repository, hosting, domain and data are registered to your company from day one, and full ownership transfers on final payment.

04Should the MVP be a web app or a mobile app?

Usually a web app first: it is faster to change and has no store review. A mobile app makes sense when the product lives on the phone — notifications, camera, location.

05Can you continue after launch?

Yes. Thirty days of care are included; after that we keep developing the product, or hand it over to your team with documentation.

06Can you take over an MVP someone else built?

Yes, after a short audit of the code, data and hosting, with a written recommendation of what to keep, fix or rebuild.

Often combined with

Web Development

Company websites, online shops and web applications, built in Next.js. TechPlay’s database of more than 200,000 games runs on the same stack.

Mobile App Development

iOS and Android apps from a single React Native codebase. The Federalna.ba app is one of them.

AI & Automation

Assistants and automations for work your staff repeats every day, such as sorting enquiries or copying data from one system to another.
