Websites for apartments and vacation rentals where guests book directly, without a platform's commission, on a calendar kept in step with Booking.com and Airbnb.

We build websites for apartments, vacation homes and small rental businesses where guests check free dates, see the price of their stay and book directly. The calendar stays in step with Booking.com and Airbnb, so the site never offers a night that is already taken.

What this service includes

The platforms remain useful for being found. The site is where returning guests, referrals and people who found you on Google or Instagram book without a commission. It is built around how you rent: the number of units, seasons, minimum stays and the languages your guests speak.

  • Guests pick dates, see the price of the stay with seasonal rates and minimum nights applied, and book with a card deposit or send a request you confirm. No platform takes a cut; only the card fee applies.

  • Availability synced through iCal or through the channel manager you already use, so a night booked on one channel closes everywhere else, including the site.

  • English, German and whichever languages your guests speak, each on its own address so travelers from those countries find it in search. For Day Gallery we built menus that guests read in eight languages.

  • Large photos that still load fast on a phone, beds, floor area, amenities and house rules, so guests know exactly what they are booking.

  • A map, distances to the beach, old town or ski lifts, parking and arrival instructions, plus a complete Google profile so the property shows up on the map.

Local SEO & Google Business Profile
  • After checkout, guests get a short thank-you with a direct link for their next stay and an invitation to leave a review, sent to every guest, not only the happy ones.

Why hosts want their own booking site

  • Most bookings arrive through Booking.com and Airbnb, and each one pays the platform's commission, even when the guest is coming back for the third summer.
  • Guests who find the apartment on Instagram or Google have nowhere to check free dates, so they send a message and wait, or book something else.
  • The calendar is kept by hand across two or three platforms, and one missed update means a double booking in the middle of the season.

Chosen for the work, not for the trend

We choose tools based on the requirements of the project, your existing systems and what will be practical to maintain after delivery. Below are the technologies we typically use for this type of work, and why.

  • Next.js + React

Unit pages with large photos that still open fast on a phone and arrive complete for search engines in every language.

  • PostgreSQL

Bookings, price rules and blocked dates in one database, so the site can sell a night only once.

  • iCal

The calendar format Booking.com and Airbnb both import and export, used to keep dates in step without extra fees.

  • Monri, WSPay or Stripe

Card deposits where you have a merchant account: Monri or WSPay in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Stripe in the EU.

The work stays with you

  • Direct bookings, paid to you

Returning guests, referrals and visitors from Google book on your site, with no platform commission.

  • One calendar

Dates in step with Booking.com and Airbnb, updated automatically.

  • Prices you set yourself

Seasons, minimum stays and discounts changed in the admin, any day.

  • Code and accounts you own

Site, domain, guest data and payment accounts registered to you from day one.

Ask a question
01How long does a vacation rental website take?

A site for one or a few units with a booking calendar usually takes 3–6 weeks. A larger property with many units, online payments and a channel manager takes longer. The timeline is in the written scope, and you follow the work on a staging link.

02How much does a website for apartments cost?

A site for one property with a booking calendar starts at the business website price, €1,800. Online payments, many units or a channel manager integration make it a web application, from €4,500. The final price comes in writing after a short call and does not change.

03Who owns the site and the guest data?

You do. Site, domain, guest data and payment accounts are registered to you from day one, and full ownership transfers on final payment.

04Will the calendar really stay in step with Booking.com and Airbnb?

With iCal, blocked dates sync automatically, but platforms refresh imported calendars on their own schedule, which can take a few hours, and prices are not included. For a busy property we recommend a channel manager, which updates availability and rates across channels faster.

05Do we have to leave Booking.com and Airbnb?

No. The platforms are good at bringing new guests. The site gives returning guests, referrals and visitors from Google and Instagram a way to book with you directly.

06Can guests pay online?

Yes, with a card deposit or full payment through Monri or WSPay in Bosnia and Herzegovina or Stripe in the EU, or by bank transfer. If you prefer, guests send a booking request and you confirm it before anything is paid.
