A website for a beauty salon in Zrenjanin that takes bookings by itself, day and night. Clients choose a treatment, a date and a free slot without calling or creating an account, and the owner sees her whole calendar in one place.

The challenge
Maky Beauty Bar is a salon in Zrenjanin offering manicure, pedicure, waxing and lash extensions. Bookings came in by phone and messages, and the owner kept track of them herself.
The salon wanted clients to book on their own, at any hour, without an account, and without ever being offered a slot that is already taken. The owner needed her whole calendar in one place, including the bookings that still come in by phone.
How we approached it
- Booking in a few short steps: name and phone, treatment, date, free slot, confirm. No account and no password to remember.
- Only slots that are truly free are ever shown, and the system itself refuses a second booking for the same time, so two clients never arrive for one chair.
- The calendar follows the salon's own clock and rules: Sundays closed, past times never offered, and bookings open up to six months ahead.
- The look of the salon on screen: the MAKY BEAUTY BAR wordmark, a gold-and-cream palette and elegant serif headings across the whole site.
What the client got

Seven treatments, four slots a day, up to 180 days ahead. The client sees a confirmation with the treatment, date and time, and the slot disappears for everyone else.
The MAKY BEAUTY BAR wordmark, a gold-and-cream palette and serif headings carried through every section, so the site feels like the salon.
Each treatment is described clearly and leads straight to a free slot.
Today's bookings, the ones coming up and the total, a calendar to look at any day, phone bookings added by hand, and cancellations removed with a double check.
Consent before booking, a public calendar that never shows who booked, and client details deleted automatically after twelve months.
