Media Monitoring
An agency's site, its client reports and its email, under one roof.
The website of a Sarajevo press clipping agency, the media analyses it hands its clients as web pages instead of attachments, and in 2026 the move of its site and years of email to our servers without losing a single message.

The challenge
Media Monitoring follows press, television and online media for its clients and turns the coverage into analysis. It needed a site that explains the service and shows who already relies on it.
It also needed a better way to deliver its monthly and quarterly analyses than an email attachment, often in two languages. And when its site and mail had to leave the old server, years of correspondence had to come along without a single message going missing.
How we approached it
- Reports clients can open anywhere. Each analysis is its own web page, opened from a link on any device, in Bosnian and, where the client needs it, in English.
- Mail first. For this agency the correspondence mattered most, so the mailboxes moved before anything else, with every folder, date and read mark intact.
- Proof, not promises. Every message was compared on both servers before the switch, and the count of missing messages was zero.
- A contact form that cannot put the business mail at risk: it sends from a separate mailbox that can only send, through our own server.
What the client got
What changed for the client and for the people they serve, shown on the live project.
Who the agency is, what it monitors, why clients choose it, what they say about the work and who it already works for, on one page.
Monthly and quarterly media analyses, each on a page of its own and many in both languages, so a client opens the latest report from a link. 37 have been published so far.
Messages from the site go straight to the agency's inbox, ready to answer with one click on reply.
Mailboxes that other mail servers trust, that set themselves up in mail apps, with ready-made profiles for iPhone and Mac.
Screens from the live site
